Cette session propose d’explorer les équilibres à trouver entre culture d’entreprise scandinave et réalités locales, afin de favoriser une performance durable.
Un focus particulier sera également porté sur les spécificités culturelles, socio-économiques, juridiques et géopolitiques à prendre en compte dans une approche de gestion des talents depuis un environnement francophone.
