The “Price of Excellency (Prix d’Excellence) is remitted by the Ambassador of Sweden to France the 1st of December at the Pavillon Vendôme, former Banque de Suède et de Paris, during la Soirée Franco-Suédoise

French-Swedish Business Day 2025
December 1st 2025 also marks the French-Swedish Business Day, taking place in the presence of Romina Pourmokhtari, Swedish Minister for Climate and the Environment, the Ambassador of Sweden to France, and the Ambassador of France to Sweden.
The event is the result of a close collaboration between the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in France, The Embassy of France in Sweden, The Embassy of Sweden in France, Business France, Business Sweden and The French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden.
The objective is to strengthen the economic relations and collaborations between Sweden and France in furtherance of European competitiveness, building on the bilateral Partnership for innovation and the green transformation, initiated in 2017.
A Day Dedicated to Innovation and Future Industries

French-Swedish Business Summit

A high-level conference addressing new strategic areas of cooperation, including:
- Security and defense
- Green energy (including nuclear)
- Industrial decarbonization and bioeconomy
- Mobility
- Digitalization
- Skills and future talents
A Memorandum of Understanding between KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Framatome, aimed at stimulating and supporting nuclear educational activities and research cooperation between the two countries, will be signed during the event.
French-Swedish Tech & Innovation Exhibition
An exhibition showcasing the latest technologies and innovations from major Swedish companies and French-Swedish start-ups.
Around 400 leaders and prominent representatives from the Swedish and French ecosystems are attending this major meeting dedicated to French-Swedish economic relations,.
110th Anniversary Evening: Soirée Franco-Suédoise
The Business Day concludes with the prestigious Soirée Franco-Suédoise, featuring:
- A gastronomic dinner by Swedish Chef Gustav Leonhardt, Bocuse d’Or bronze medalist 2025
- The remittance of Prix d’Excellence, celebrating exceptional successes of Swedish companies in France
- A contemporary circus performance by Below Zero
- The traditional Sankta Lucia procession, performed by the choir of the Swedish Church in Paris
