Since the start of President Macron’s initiative Choose France 5 years ago, nearly 7,000 foreign investment projects have been developed and more than 180,000 jobs have been created or maintained. On the 11th of July, the fifth Choose France Summit was held. On this occasion, heads of foreign companies gathered in Versailles, among them several Swedish companies.

The 14 announcements of the fifth Choose France Summit represent investments totalling €6.7 billion and creating 4,000 jobs. They confirm France’s attractiveness as a destination for projects in new technologies and strategic sectors which are structuring at the European level. Several investments will contribute to reindustrializing France. The size of the French market is also a major asset in encouraging foreign investors to create jobs.
