A seminar with Ambassador Sofia Östmark, the coordinator for the multustakeholder partnership the Global Deal for decent work and inclusive growth, currently based at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
Sweden and France have a close cooperation collaboration in the Global Deal for Decent Work and Inclusive Growth. This global multi-stakeholder partnership, originally an initiative of Sweden’s Prime Minister, Stefan Löfven and in November 2017, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that France would join the partnership. President Macron said that the Global Deal is precisely what we need – for our societies and our economies. The focus is on enhanced social dialogue and sound industrial relations to ensure that everyone can benefit from globalisation.
